Volunteerism & Student Engagement

  • Volunteers working on a house for Habitat for Humanity
  • Volunteers clearing a hiking trail at a local park
  • Bay Area Rescue Mission on Service Learning trip

On a NCTC Service Learning Trip, students get the opportunity to volunteer, learn about various communities and reflect on their visit. The NCTC Service Learning trips promote teamwork and help build student's skill levels. In addition to volunteering, there are opportunities to enjoy the culture of the area.
